Holistic Coaching

I am a holistic coach whose work exists at the confluence of the healing arts & personal and collective liberation. I provide trauma-sensitive coaching designed to give people access to their own innate healing capacities, authentic voice, and creativity, so they can be empowered in their lives. As a Facilitator of the Heart, I weave together different modalities to help my clients heal, explore their unique artistry, and attune to the beauty and insight within + around, so they can create the unburdened and creative lives, careers, and partnerships they desire.

Psychedelic Assisted Guiding

I work with people who are ready to take bold steps on their path towards healing, growth, and transformation. Psychedelic assisted therapy has been growing in popularity in recent years, as more and more people are discovering the profound insight and growth that is available by allying ourselves with these substances and holding them as sacred. My own path has been deepened and illuminated since I started sitting with them as such, and I now have the immense honor of holding people with care, love, and safety as they discover their own innate healing capacities. People deepen their emotional resilience, feel their interconnectedness, and receive guidance and clarity in all manner of life's challenges and transitions. Through ritual, sacred space, and deep listening and reflecting, I guide you through a powerful journey of self-discovery.

Conflict Navigation

I support people navigating conflict in their relationships and teams. This work has been a longtime passion of mine, and originated in my own wounding with my family of origin. 

 

I also create and lead workshops for The Compassionate Listening Project, as well as co-lead their annual delegation to Israel and Palestine. This delegation is training in being a heart-warrior. It strengthens our pathways back to our greatest resource (our hearts, our bodies, our intuition). Participants learn about this unique conflict while supporting Peacemakers on the ground and learning an embodied practice that will serve them in every aspect of life. If you're interested in learning how to transcend labels and move beyond the polarization that is plaguing so much of our society, this trip is a great way to do so. ​

I first started holding space for healing and transformative conversations in 2006, when I became a program leader with Landmark Education.
